我的点评：收到的邮件如下：
所有提交的材料都要经过两部分的审查程序。首先，编辑确定稿件是否符合在期刊上发表文章的基本要求（即报告原创性研究或提出原创性框架，将先前的研究、教育理论和教学实践联系起来，将语言学习与技术应用联系起来)，其质量足以值得外部评审。符合这些基本要求的提交材料将由该领域的3名专家进行盲审。
编辑们完成了对手稿的内部审核，并决定不将其发送给外部审核。

7月28日通过系统投稿，7月30日凌晨2:00分配编辑和稿号，2:05发来拒稿信，耗时5分钟。
虽然是桌拒，还给出了拒稿理由，还贴心的给出了另投建议：

I am sorry to inform you that, having read the paper, the editorial team finds that it is not within the scope of the journal, which seeks to publish work that includes significant metatheoretical, epistemological, or transdisciplinary issues in the study and philosophy of language. We would like to emphasize that the quality of the work is not at issue, only the scope and topic of the article. We strongly encourage you to submit your work to a journal that is a closer, more direct fit for the contribution it makes to linguistics, such as a one focused on assessment methods in education, NLP and adjacent topics, etc. We wish you the best of luck!

我的点评：投稿没两天就收到了邮件回复，确认信息后进入审稿程序，大概两个月前后收到初审意见。整体来说，流程透明，稿件都是有回复,不像其他某些刊物一样总是石沉大海。
