我的点评：第二次被录用。2025年9月1日投稿，中间停留了好久编辑处理，发邮件催了下送审了，11月25日返回三个审稿人意见，审稿人1小修，审稿人2直接录用，审稿人3拒收，但明显看出审稿人3是AI审稿的，给编辑部写了申诉信，并且申诉成功，让我根据审稿人1、2修改，2026年1月15日接收。综合两次投稿经验来看，这个期刊的风格就是要不断发邮件催，要不然时间线就会很长，每次发邮件催都会及时回复及时处理，这点好评

我的点评：SSCI中科院2区，初审很快，三天拒稿。审稿反应和审稿速度比国内CSSCI高效太多了！！流程如下：07 October 2025 Manuscript Submitted； 07 October 2025 With Journal Administrator； 07 October 2025 Submission Returned to Author； 07 October 2025 Manuscript Resubmitted； 07 October 2025 With Journal Administrator； 10 October 2025 Rejected。拒稿信：Dear***, Your manuscript entitled "***" has now been given initial consideration. I am sorry to have to tell you that I have decided not to send it out for review. I know that this will be disappointing news for you, but, with increasing pressure on the space available in the journal, we do have to be selective at this stage. My reason for reaching this decision is that the focus of the article and conceptualization appear to make it more suitable for a journal specializing in teaching and learning. 我的点评：第一次尝试投稿SSCI，还是中科院二区的季刊。Submission received当天和第二天相继走完Technical check和Editorial assignment环节，并进入With editor状态。官网说Submission to first decision 平均 6 days。但是到第12天才收到rejection letter，编辑说没有决定送外审，因为The Journal of Educational Change does not consider studies in higher education。也就是说，这本杂志不收高等教育领域的文章。

我的点评：挺不错的期刊，5月26日投稿，7月18日大修，只有一个外审专家意见，比较好修改，20号修改返回，8月29日录用。该期刊属于作者友好型，没有格式排版要求，比较好。但Wiley投稿系统只有under review这一个状态。

我的点评：审稿速度极其缓慢，2024年8月份投稿，大约11月才送外审，2025年1月2日接受，中间催过编辑至少10次，并且两个外审意见中还有一个搞错了，根本不是我的外审意见，后又直接跟编辑 不断邮件沟通。好在major revision后接受了，期刊在ssci中排名较高。论文主题是人工智能相关
