As there is a high volume of high-quality manuscripts submitted to Games and Culture, we must often turn away papers that might be publishable but which we do not have sufficient space for. We are still a paper-based journal where space is therefore limited. We wish you good luck and hope you will find a suitable home for your paper. We'd recommend presenting the paper at a suitable conference such as the upcoming DIGRA to gain additional peer feedback or try the journals ‘Games and Simulation’ or ‘Journal of Virtual Worlds’.

我的点评：7月18投稿，7月25日送出同行匿名评审，8月23日北京时间早上3点期刊主编发来邮件，对稿件总体评价较好，认为有出版的潜力，给了大修意见。两位评审人，一位建议直接出版；另一位可能是行业内的大牛，给出了7条意见共800字评审建议，每一条都一阵见血，对稿件的修改给出了明确的方向。总的来说，比较顺利，编辑要求1个月内修改完毕再次送审，投外刊学到的东西真的很多，也对个人的学术能力提升很有帮助。
