要审稿费，150美金，按照改好格式填写好了准备提交，一看150美金审稿费，顿时犹豫了，而且无论是否录用，都不退的。Submission Fee

我的点评：说他水但是这个速度也不是很水，说他不水又是OA，发文量比较高又不至于太夸张还是SSCI。等的起的人可以试试，正常审稿一次要四五个月。

我的点评：9月5号投稿，9月8号进入外审，请问有差不多的时间点的同仁吗？现在状态有新变化吗？
