2022年已经过了一半,上个月底SCI影响因子已更新,10分以上期刊已经超过600本,在年终总结之前,我们回顾一下生信SCI见刊趋势还乐观吗?肿瘤类的还好发生信文章吗?哪些期刊对生信分析友好?非肿瘤的生信好发文章吗?
跟着小编一起看个究竟。
为了获取Pubmed中纯生信类SCI的清单,我们进行了关键词检索“Gene expression Omnibus”“TCGA”,然后获取的清单进行并集处理:
2022年纯生信友好期刊排行榜出炉,1-6月纯生信文章高达1344篇,亮点如下:
1) 前30本杂志,占到总接收数量的50%。
2) 15本生信友好期刊的影响因子高于5分。
3) 前4本杂志中,有3本来自于Frontiers出版社,发文量这么大,明年影响因子会不会下跌呢?
4)高分杂志Clin Cancer Res、Nature communications、Cell Death Dis等,每个月只接收1篇生信类SCI。
