近日，我校与国际出版商Wiley就Frontiers of Economics in China(FEC)办刊事宜签署合作协议。自2022年起，期刊的国际出版发行及推宣工作将由Wiley全权负责，期刊所有权属于上海财经大学，编辑部仍在上财高等研究院。
我们坚信，Wiley作为出版、科研和教育领域的全球领导者，其加盟期刊合作将助力期刊大幅提升出版质量和国际影响力。
为更准确反映期刊定位(研究领域广泛、面向全球学者)，经合作双方讨论斟酌，决定自2022年(第17卷)起启用新的刊名：International Studies of Economics (简称ISE)。期刊的办刊宗旨与征稿范围、主编团队、编委会及顾委会成员等均维持不变。
期刊简介
International Studies of Economics (《国际经济研究》，简称ISE，旧称Frontiers of Economics in China) 由上海财经大学高等研究院和Wiley合作编辑出版。本刊刊发经济学各个方向的理论性、实证性论文，特别是与中国经济及其他新兴、发展中或转型经济相关的论文。发稿以原创研究论文为主，同时也涵盖观点论文、文献综述、书评等。
期刊拥有强大的学术顾问委员会、共同主编团队及编委会，其中包括Eric Maskin, Daniel L. McFadden, Paul Milgrom, Amartya Sen等诺贝尔经济学奖获得者，易纲、周小川、楼继伟、陈锡文等正部级中央部委领导，邹至庄、吴敬琏等多位资深海内外著名经济学家，及钱颖一、陈晓红等一大批顶尖华人经济学家。
本刊为双向匿名审稿的英文季刊，以开放获取出版模式以电子网络版发行，并被EBSCO-BSU, 美国EconLit（经济学文献数据库）, ESCI, Gale, ProQuest, RePEc, SCOPUS等海内外十多家检索机构收录，2016、2019、2020、2021年四度获评“中国最具国际影响力学术期刊”。

FEC to Be Published by Wiley under the New Title International Studies of Economics
We are pleased to announce that Shanghai University of Finance and Economics has entered into a cooperation agreement with Wiley, the world’s second largest publisher, regarding the publication of Frontiers of Economics in China (FEC). Starting with volume 17 (2022), the journal will be published and promoted by Wiley, while the journal’s editorial office continues to be based at the Institute for Advanced Research, SUFE.
We are confident that our partnership with Wiley, a world leader in publishing, research and education, will significantly enhance the publication quality as well as the visibility and reputation of the journal.
To reflect more accurately its position as a general interest journal aimed at a global audience, both parties agree after careful considerations that the journal will adopt a new title, the International Studies of Economics (ISE). To be clear, this change in title does not involve any change in the substance of the journal. The journal will have the same aim and scope, the same team of editors, the same Editorial Board, and the same Advisory Board.
Journal Profile
International Studies of Economics (ISE) is a general interest journal in economics published by Wiley on behalf of the Institute for Advanced Research, Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. It was previously published by Higher Education Press under the title Frontiers of Economics in China, which was ranked as one of “The Highest International Impact Academic Journals of China” in 2016, 2019, 2020 and 2021. Issued quarterly, the journal is indexed in more than 10 databases including EBSCO-BSU, EconLit, ESCI, Gale, ProQuest, RePEc and SCOPUS.
The ISE welcomes submissions of theoretical and empirical papers from all fields of economics, particularly those with an emphasis on the Chinese economy and other emerging, developing or transition economies. While the journal is primarily interested in original research papers, it also welcomes submissions of opinion articles, literature surveys, and book reviews.
