香港科技大学土木与环境工程学系人本智能建造实验室招研究助理、博士生和博士后。实验室关注建筑施工的智能化、自动化和人本化。
研究方向包括：
施工场景下的人机合作：博士后1名，博士生或研究助理1名,
现有建筑BIM重建：博士后1名，博士生或研究助理1名,
基于物联网的建筑工人职业安全与健康管理：博士生、硕士生或研究助理1名.
专业及技能要求
1、持有土木工程、工程管理、自动化或相关领域本科或以上学位,
2、熟练掌握一种或多种编程语言，如Python、MATLAB、C++等,
3、在知名期刊/会议上发表过论文者优先,
4、良好的沟通和团队合作能力.
5、此外，博士后应聘者需:
获得或即将获得博士学位，土木工程或工程管理专业优先,
以第一作者身份发表JCR一区期刊两篇及以上，
具备项目管理经验者优先.
职责与待遇
1、博士后
职责：相关领域科学研究与成果发表，辅助项目管理和基金申请，辅助指导博士生.
待遇：25,000 – 45,000港币/月，合同期一年，可延长.
2、博士生

Recruitment of Research Assistant/PhD Students/Postdoctoral Fellows in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST)
The Human-Centered Intelligent Construction Lab in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at HKUST is recruiting research assistants, PhD students, and postdoctoral fellows. The lab focuses on the intelligence, automation, and humanization of construction engineering. The research areas include:
Human-machine collaboration in construction scenarios: 1 postdoctoral fellow, 1 PhD student or research assistant.
Existing building information modeling (BIM) reconstruction: 1 postdoctoral fellow, 1 PhD student or research assistant.
Occupational safety and health management for construction workers based on the Internet of Things (IoT): 1 PhD student, master's student, or research assistant.
Requirements for qualifications and skills:
a bachelor's degree or above in civil engineering, engineering management, automation, or a related field,
proficient in one or more programming languages such as Python, MATLAB, C++, etc,
priority given to those who have published papers in well-known journals/conferences,
good communication and teamwork skills.
In addition, postdoctoral candidates should:
hold or be about to obtain a doctoral degree, with preference given to candidates in civil engineering or engineering management,
have published at least two papers in JCR Q1 journals as the first author.
Priority will be given to candidates with project management experience.
Responsibilities and benefits:
1、Postdoctoral fellows:
Responsibilities: scientific research and publication in relevant fields, assistance in project management and fund applications, assistance in supervising PhD students
Benefits: HKD 25,000 - 45,000/month, one-year contract with the possibility of extension.
