one in...& one out of用法

one in…或one out of…都可表示“...之一”，介词短语作定语，中心词是 one，用作主语时，其后谓语动词通常用单数，真正用作主语的是前面的one。
我们看例句：
Only one in ten students has been to Beijing .
只有十分之一的学生去过北京。
“百分之一”怎么说呢？请记住：
Lisa is one in a million.
丽萨是个百里挑一的好姑娘。
one in a million 万里挑一; 百里挑一
Her beauty is one in a thousand.
她的美真是百里挑一。
one in a thousand 千里挑一; 百里挑一
One out of five students is reading book .
五分之一的学生在读书。
