Perspectives in Architecture and Urbanism（《未来建筑与城市研究》）
合作背景介绍
5月5日上午，同济大学与北京科爱森蓝文化传播有限公司在同济大学建筑设计研究院（集团）有限公司签署了Perspectives in Architecture and Urbanism（《未来建筑与城市研究》）国际学术期刊的合作办刊协议。该刊由同济大学主办，由同济大学建筑与城市规划学院和同济大学建筑设计研究院（集团）有限公司承办，将采用双盲同行评议制度，每年通过客座编辑或开放征稿的方式出版四期内容，预计于2024年以开放获取（Open Access）的方式在Elsevier平台正式出版。
Perspectives in Architecture and Urbanism（《未来建筑与城市研究》）期刊旨在为新的知识视野和研究视角提供平台，共同探索未来建筑和城市的发展趋势与应对策略，包括城市有机更新、绿色低碳、数字设计与智能建造、历史理论研究和文化传播等，以重新思考理解当代建筑和城市的智识框架。同济大学建筑与城市规划学院院长李翔宁教授与同济大学建筑设计研究院（集团）有限公司汤朔宁总裁将担任期刊主编。

《未来建筑与城市研究》国际学术期刊由同济大学主办，北京科爱森蓝文化传播有限公司合作出版，同济大学建筑与城市规划学院和同济大学建筑设计研究院（集团）有限公司承办。本刊预计于2024年以开放获取（Open Access）的方式在Elsevier平台正式出版。
同济大学建筑与城市规划学院院长李翔宁教授、同济大学建筑设计研究院（集团）有限公司汤朔宁总裁担任期刊主编。王颖博士任期刊Managing Editor。
本刊将采取同行评议审稿模式，每年将通过客座编辑或开放征稿的方式出版四期，包括“研究型文章”、“综述文章”、“观点和评论”、以及“多元媒体”四个专栏。将涵盖如下研究领域：

INTRODUCTION
Types of paper
Submitted articles shall be relevant to at least one of the topics mentioned in the Aims & Scope. The following columns in Perspective in Architecture and Urbanism are open for year-round submissions:
Research Articles (Word limit: 8000 words)
Review Articles (Word limit: 6000 words; discussing the state of the academic and/or professional field; analyzing recent studies and publications; offering references for theoretical research)
Opinions and Criticisms (Word limit: 3000 words; new and original perspectives on existing problems, fundamental concepts, or prevalent phenomena; case studies of newly implemented innovations in architecture and urbanism)
Submission checklist
You can use this list to carry out a final check of your submission before you send it to the journal for review. Please check the relevant section in this Guide for Authors for more details.
Ensure that the following items are present:
One author has been designated as the corresponding author with contact details:
• E-mail address
• Full postal address
All necessary files have been uploaded:
Manuscript:
• Include keywords
• All figures (include relevant captions)
• All tables (including titles, description, footnotes)
• Ensure all figure and table citations in the text match the files provided
• Indicate clearly if color should be used for any figures in print
Supplemental files (where applicable)
Further considerations
• Manuscript has been 'spell checked' and 'grammar checked'
• All references mentioned in the Reference List are cited in the text, and vice versa
• Permission has been obtained for use of copyrighted material from other sources (including the Internet)
• A competing interests statement is provided, even if the authors have no competing interests to declare
• Journal policies detailed in this guide have been reviewed
• Referee suggestions and contact details provided, based on journal requirements
