Additionally, JRI features research on insects for animal food and industrial raw material (such as Black soldier fly, Kerria yunnanensis), as well as the pathogens and pathogenesis of resource insects and plant-insect interactions, and biomaterials based on bioproducts of resource insects. The journal accepts original research papers, reviews, mini reviews, editorials, letters to the editor, commentaries, methods and opinions that are of high quality and interest with far-reaching impact.
