Hi, 大家好，今天我们来说说预印本那些事儿。想必很多同学有这样的疑问，如果学术文章先在预印本平台（比如arxiv，bioRXiv等）发布以后是否还能投正式的学术期刊？答案是
能
但！别走，凡事都有例外，听我说完。。。
首先，对待严肃的事情我们都是讲证据的！先说说为什么能。
聊起学术期刊，我们不得不看向国际上的几个学术期刊出版巨头，他们对待预印本的态度就决定了预印本与正规学术期刊之间的关系。
Springer Nature
作为囊括了nature在内的3000+本国际学术期刊的出版巨头，Springer Nature对于预印本的政策非常明朗，鼓励且对于文章的决定不会受到已发布在预印本平台上的文章版本的影响。
Springer Nature journals encourage posting of preprints of primary research manuscripts on preprint servers of the authors’ choice, authors’ or institutional websites, and open communications between researchers whether on community preprint servers or preprint commenting platforms.
Manuscripts posted on preprint servers will NOT be taken into account when determining the advance provided by a study under consideration at a Springer Nature journal.

事实上，Springer Nature本身也与Research Square合作了In Review预印本平台来方便作者share文章。
Elsevier
Elsevier已有140年历史，拥有包括The Lancet， Cell等在内的2700+期刊，他对于预印本的态度非常开放：
Authors can share their preprint anywhere at any time.
If accepted for publication, we encourage authors to link from the preprint to their formal publication via its Digital Object Identifier (DOI).

Elsevier公司也拥有SSRN预印本平台。
Wiley
另一个期刊出版届大鳄Wiley出版了1600+本国际学术期刊，他对预印本的政策也非常清楚 --- 允许已发布在预印本平台的文章再次投给正式期刊，不会因为已发布预印本而拒绝投稿。
Wiley believes journals should allow for the submission of manuscripts which have already been made available on such a server （preprints）. Allowing submission does not, of course, guarantee that an article will be sent out for review; it simply reflects a belief that availability on a preprint server should not be a disqualifier for submission.

还有其他的一些大出版公司，不再一一列举，大家有兴趣可以去官网查看。
总的来说，出版公司顺应趋势，作者将文章优先发布在预印本平台不会影响到再次投稿学术期刊，这个是值得学者们开心的事情。
但，有例外，需要注意！
考虑到一些期刊使用双盲审的审稿机制，而发布预印本则不再满足双盲的条件，这种情况下，期刊对于预印本或许会有不同的政策，一般可能不接收已发布预印本的投稿。
所以大家在投稿时一定要查看期刊的投稿指南，或者询问期刊编辑对于预印本的政策。
