据统计，约30%以上的拒稿论文是由于语言问题被Pass掉的，而83%以上的非英语母语学者会受到语法问题、专业术语等语言问题的困扰。国内科研人员的英语水平，大多都比较Chinglish, 而SCI要求的是全英文的文章，用词用句必须达到专业水平。今天小思整理了在医学方面翻译审校和润色过程中常见到的一些错误类型，希望大家在翻译过程中能成功避开雷区。

用词错误
如：细胞的融合度达到80%时，胰酶消化
我们有见到过这样的译句：When the fusion of cells reached 80%, cells were digested by pancreatin/pancreatic juice. 很明显，这个句子中fusion和pancreatin都用词不当。
修正后：Upon reaching 80% confluency, cells were digested/trypsinized with 0.05% trypsin.

成分残缺
The insulin levels increased. Whereas the glucagon levels decreased.
或：The insulin levels increased. And the glucagon levels decreased.
在这两个句子中，每个分句都有一个主语和一个谓语。然而，这两个句子的第一句都是一个完整思想，而第二个句子则以从属或并列连词开头，并不完整。
我们可以通过添加逗号来合并这两个句子：
如：The insulin levels increased，whereas the glucagon levels decreased.
也可以添加过渡词（非连词）
如：The insulin levels increased. In contrast, the glucagon levels decreased.

错误地使用修饰成分
（1）Appropriate statistical tests were used to examine the correlations between variables, including Student’s t-tests, Spearman’s rank correlations, and Pearson’s correlations.
Including后面接的，实际上是统计方法。就上句所示，列在句子末尾的方法等同于变量（variables）。
修正后：Appropriate statistical tests, including Student’s t-tests, Spearman’s rank correlations, and Pearson’s correlations, were used to examine the correlations between variables.
（2）The patient experienced severe pain in his right arm when lifting objects for three months.
这个句子中，作者原想要表达的是连续三个月，患者在举起重物时会感受到疼痛。按上面译句，我们易理解成这个病人举起物体达三个月（持续地）并且在这样做的时候体验到疼痛。
修正后：For three months, the patient experienced severe pain in his right arm upon lifting an object.

其他常见错误
（1）“检测”不能一概译为detect，如果是检测含量，则译为determine或measure，如果是检测某物质的存在，则译为detect; 如：用实时荧光定量PCR方法检测HBV DNA含量（拷贝/ml）和ELISA方法检测HbeAg。第一个检测要用measure或determine，因为是要测量含量，而第二个检测应该用detect，检测HBeAg是否存在。
（2）Clinical outcome of 或 treatment outcome of 后面一般接疾病或病人，一般不接治疗方法或药物，如果要表示治疗方法或药物的疗效，一般用clinical efficacy of 或 clinical effect of。
在审校及润色过程中，一般会处理哪些问题呢？
1）校正错误或不恰当的拼写、语法、用词问题；
2）准确使用本专业领域内特有的学术概念以及固有用语和用法，增强全文语言的学术性、科学性；
3）从生物学、医学角度，遵循严谨的逻辑进行归纳和演绎，调整句子、段落之间的结构逻辑性；
4） 对实验设计的合理性、立题依据、研究价值提出修改建议。
