Dear Editor

In your words."XXX as suggested by reviewer#XX."(编辑意见)，which refers to "XXXX"from reviewer X#of the4 th suggestion(专家意见).

I'm sorry I have not completely understood the specific meaning of the XXX. In this study,XXXXX(举例说明已做工作).Or to supply XXXX(你认为需要补充的工作)?

编辑回复：

I believe that the reviewer is asking that the quantitation of the bands of the western blots,by densitometry or other means,be presented in the manuscript.If you have already done so, please ignore the comment and resubmit the manuscript with all other corrections.
