About JCO Oncology Practice
JCO Oncology Practice (JCO OP) publishes impactful information and insights to keep oncology practice current on changes and challenges inherent in delivering equitable, high-quality oncology care with an evolving value-based lens. All content dealing with understanding the provision of care—the mechanics of practice, care delivery, quality improvement, value, and equity—is the purview of JCO OP. JCO OP also addresses an expressed need by practicing physicians to have compressed, expert opinions addressing common clinical problems with perspectives by disease experts.

EZSubmit
JCO OP has adopted a format-free submission policy (EZSubmit). New submissions are not scrutinized for compliance with our formatting guidelines (reference style, word limits, order of components, etc). As long as the required information is present (cover letter, title page, abstract, references, etc), the manuscript will be considered by the editors.
JCO OP is conscious of the time spent by authors on reformatting manuscripts to the specifications of journals. EZSubmit allows authors to submit their new manuscripts without having to adhere to such requirements. The addition of this policy will help authors and researchers save time and use their resources more efficiently.

Care Delivery Reviews – Care Delivery Reviews are focused and concise discussions about a particular topic that affects the mechanics of oncology care delivery. In particular, JCO OP seeks insight from health policy experts on transformation issues in oncology care; historical underpinnings of the administrative and legislative structures that affect the business of oncology practice; and guidance through the constructs of quality and value measurement.
Quality in Action – JCO OP Quality in Action manuscripts are brief, structured reports of quality improvement projects. In particular, the editors are seeking submissions of completed projects, including data and interpretation and manuscripts that focus on describing results of the primary aim or objective of the project.
