1 基本介绍
Chinese Journal of Urban and Environmental Studies（简称CJUES；中文名：《城市与环境研究》），国内统一刊号为CN10-1577/F，国际统一刊号为2345-7481。《城市与环境研究（英文）》创刊于2013年，主办单位为社会科学文献出版社（SSAP），海外合作出版机构为世界科技出版公司（WSPC）。
《城市与环境研究（英文）》是经济学科方面公开发行的季刊，主要由理论研究、书评、学术评论及统计数据等栏目组成。主编由中国社会科学院学部委员、北京工业大学生态文明研究院院长潘家华所长担任，编委团队由来自全球各地知名研究机构和院校的专家学者构成。
《城市与环境研究（英文）》旨在发表高质量的研究论文和书评，探讨城市和环境研究的学术和政策问题，主要关注以下领域：

Ÿ 国内外城市和环境发展趋势

《城市与环境研究（英文）》定位于城市与环境交叉学科研究，其视角在众多的国际期刊中具有独特性和前瞻性。本刊的订阅者覆盖澳大利亚、新西兰、新加坡、瑞士、韩国等15个国家和地区的80所高等院校和科研机构，已取得良好的社会效益和国际影响力。
目前，本刊已被各大知名的检索系统收入，其中最具影响力的包括：
Ÿ ESCI（汤森路透旗下的期刊引文索引数据库，主要收录在学术领域已经具有地区性影响力、正在被SCI评估的高质量同行评议期刊，可以视为进入SCI或SSCI期刊阵营的入场券）；

3 OA政策
自2021年第九卷起，《城市与环境研究（英文）》期刊实行立即完全的OA出版。本刊已发表论文的在线版本遵循“知识共享署名-非商业4.0国际许可（CC BY-NC 4.0）”的条款。该许可准许读者在任何媒体上使用、分发及复制原作品，但必须正确标注作品的来源，并且属于非商业用途。

稿件提交
CJUES的论文都是以电子方式处理的。请将论文电子稿件发送至CJUES的电子邮箱：cjues@cass.org.cn，或登录https://www.worldscientific.com/worldscinet/cjues在线投稿。
主编会根据稿件的性质和内容，把稿件发送给合适的编委会成员，编委会将稿件发送给有能力的审稿专家。根据编委会成员和审稿专家的建议，主编对稿件做出接受、拒绝和修改的最终决定。
CJUES是英文期刊，若您所投稿件为中文稿，则视同您许可社会科学文献出版社将稿件翻译并收录于Chinese Journal of Urban and Environmental Studies，在中国内地、香港地区、澳门地区和台湾地区以及其他国家和地区，以图书、期刊、电子(数字化)出版物和信息网络传播等方式出版发行您所投稿件的英文版。
CJUES已被国家哲学社会科学学术期刊数据库、国家哲学社会科学文献中心、CNKI数据库收录。如您不同意文章进入以上数据库，请在投稿时注明；如没有注明，则视为同意。
CJUES坚持赐稿的唯一性，作者向本刊投稿视为承诺该稿或者该稿的英文版为原创首发，未一稿多投。如经社会科学文献出版社许可在其他出版物上发表或转载，应注明“Chinese Journal of Urban and Environmental Studies firstly published”。
CJUES编辑部免费向作者提供在该刊已发表论文的pdf版本。

Submission Guidelines
Chinese Journal of Urban and Environmental Studies (CJUES) is a peer-reviewed journal, it uses a double-blind review process, in which both the reviewer's and author's identities are concealed from each other.
CJUES welcomes contributions on urban and environmental and related issues in any nations or cross national context. It aims to be interdisciplinary in scope and accepts contributors from a wide range of disciplinary perspectives.
The types of papers:
Research papers;
Book reviews: introduction and review of new published books within the area of study;
Information: call for papers, information of relative conferences and events, etc.
Submitting papers:
All submissions to CJUES are handled electronically. Manuscripts must be submitted to CJUES' e-mail: cjues@cass.org.cn.
All papers submitted must be original works which have not been published previously and must be submitted exclusively to CJUES.
The front page of the manuscripts should have the title of the paper, and the names, affiliations, e-mail addresses and fax of all authors. An abstract and a list of keywords should be enclosed. The version should preferably have been produced in a standard Windows word processing system, and should preferably be sent by e-mail in a Microsoft Word file.
Submission of a manuscript shows a clear understanding that the manuscript is not under consideration for publication with other journals.
Depending on the nature and content of the manuscript, either the Editor-in-Chief will send the manuscript to an appropriate member of the Editorial Board who will send the manuscript to competent reviewers. Based on the recommendations by the members of Editorial Board and the reviewers, the Editor- in-Chief will make final decision on acceptance, rejection, and revision of the manuscript.
Once the paper is accepted, the author is assumed to cede copyrights of the paper over to World Scientific Publishing Co. Pte. Ltd.
A pdf version of each published paper will be provided to the author free-of-charge in lieu of the offprints.
References are to be listed in alphabetical order using the last name of the first-named author. For more details, please refer to the attached.
