Manuscript Submission and Preparation
Manuscripts are to be submitted online at http://mpce.info orhttp://mc03.manuscriptcentral.com/mpce. The MPCE articletemplates are available at http://mpce.info. The electronicmanuscript should be prepared in accordance with the followingrequirements.
Layout: Any manuscript should be arranged in the followingorder: title, abstract, index terms, main text, appendix,references, author(s) biography(ies) .
Title and by-line: The title page should include the name ofthe author(s), a concise and informative title; the affiliation andaddress of the author(s), the e-mail address, telephone and faxnumbers of the corresponding author.
Abstract: Please provide an abstract of 150 to 250 words. Theabstract should not contain any undefined abbreviations orunspecified references.
Index terms: Please provide 4 to 8 index terms.
Text formatting: Manuscripts should be submitted in the formof Microsoft Word or LaTeX files.
Headings: Please use the decimal system of headings with nomore than three levels.
Abbreviations: Abbreviations should be defined at its first appearance.
Acknowledgements: Acknowledgements of people, grants,funds, etc. should be placed in the first footnote. The names offunding organizations should be written in full.
Scientific style: Please use the standard mathematical notationfor formulae, symbols etc. Use italic for single letters thatdenote mathematical constants, variables, and unknownquantities. Formulae, symbols and all subscripts, superscripts,Greek letters, and other characters must be legible. All symbolsused in manuscript must be explained. All equations must benumbered.
Figures and Tables: The preferred figure formats are VSD,VSDX, EPS, or AI. All figures and tables are to be numberedusing Arabic numerals. Figures and tables should always becited in the text in their order of appearance. Figures must haveaccompanying captions. Tables must have table titles. References: Reference citations in the text should be identifiedby numbers in square brackets. All references should be indicated in the text in their order of appearance. The list ofreferences should only include works that are cited in thetext and that have been published or accepted for publication.Personal communications and unpublished works should onlybe mentioned in the text. Author(s) biography(ies): Please provide the educationalbackgrounds, work experiences and current research interests ofall authors.
Conflict of Interest
All benefits in any form from a commercial party relateddirectly or indirectly to the subject of this manuscript or anyof the authors must be acknowledged. The funding agentsinvolved and the grant numbers should be given. This noteshould be added in a separate section before the reference list. Ifno conflict of interest exists, authors should state: "The authorsdeclare that they have no conflict of interest."
Proofreading
The purpose of the proof is to check for typesetting orconversion errors and the completeness and accuracy of thetext, tables and figures. Substantial changes in content, e.g., newresults, corrected values, title and authorship, are not allowedwithout the approval of the Editor. After online publication,further changes can only be made in the form of an Erratum,which will be hyperlinked to the article.
Online First
The article will be published online after the receipt of thecorrected proofs. This is the official first publication citable withthe DOI.
