第一句话：The main limitation is the lack of innovation.
首先审稿人开门见山指出文章缺乏创新性，而且是文章的主要缺陷。在本文中红色字体代表可以重点学习和参考词组和句式。
第二句话：A cross-cutting approach to stigma is hardly unknown, as the authors themselves point out, and the model they present does not deviate drastically from current stigma conceptualizations.
接下来就是审稿人具体阐述了为什么缺乏创新性，分为了两点，第一点是XXX还很不清楚；第二点是作者展现的模型和现在的也没有太大区别。
Response:作者的五句话句句“经典”，非常值得学习：
第一句话：We would like to thank you for your critical and constructive comments.
首先感谢审稿人提出的意见，注意学习Critical和Constructive这两个可以修饰Comment的词。
第二句话：We agree that the concept of health-related stigma is not new.
对审稿人提出的意见进行肯定，这里要注意，即使是反驳别人，也不要一上来就把别人说的完全否定，除非审稿人确实是完全错误。
第三句话：However, it has not been used in the research area of public health and medical practice. We believe it deserves being highlighted again.
在肯定了审稿人意见的正确性以后，从细节之中找出自己的创新点。注意学习这句话的后半句：We believe it deserves being highlighted。
第四句话：This is the first time that the validity of the health-related stigma approach has been clearly demonstrated using data on stigma measurement and interventions.
具体解释作者的创新点在哪里，直接用 This is the (必须加the) first time that...，直截了当指出我们的研究是第一次如何如何。
第五句话：Our paper seeks to open the minds ofthe health research community for a new research agenda – one that addresses health-related stigma using integrated approaches.
继上面直接了当指出创新点以后，继续阐释创新点，注意学习词组：seeks to open the minds of ...
