写作的100个常见错误之引言结果过于啰嗦

引言对一篇文章的重要性不言而喻，但有些作者在写这部分内容时重点描述结果，造成了引言内容不合理。以下案例就是这种情况。

案例

In this study, we investigated whether low-dose heparin can delay the onset of autoimmune diabetes in NOD mice. Our results showed that the production of interleukins by splenocytes was significantly lower in heparin-treated mice than untreated mice and that 0.1 μM/L heparin was more effective than 2 and 5 μM/L heparin. Further,treatment with 0.1 μM/L heparin reduced the signs of insulitis to a significantly greater extent than 5 μM/L heparin.

分析

引言通常以研究目标结尾，有时只有一两句话，简要说明研究是否达到了目标。对主要发现进行全面、简明的陈述也是可行的，既能给引言一个好的收尾，又能对文章内容有更多展示。

但是，如果结果过于啰嗦，就会把引言变成一个冗长版的摘要。此外，当结果和讨论部分包含相同信息时，也会让论文显得内容重复。

优化

In this study, we investigated whether low-dose heparin can delay the onset of autoimmune diabetes in NOD mice. We found that mice treated with doses of heparin at concentrations below 1 μM/L had significantly lower incidence of autoimmune diabetes than untreated mice at 16 weeks of age, suggesting that low-dose heparin can delay the onset of the disease.
