投稿信一般包括以下信息：
告诉编辑你要投稿的文章题目；
告诉编辑你要投稿的目标期刊；
告诉编辑你的文章里主要描述了什么研究，重要成果；
告诉编辑你的研究有什么创新点和意义；
告诉编辑你的文章与目标期刊情投意合，天生一对；
告诉编辑你的文章没有脚踩多条船，对目标期刊一心一意，日月可鉴；
告诉编辑你可以推荐一个审稿人来做见证人（如果期刊要求的话）；
告诉编辑人你不喜欢谁来见证你们的仪式（不推荐谁作为你的审稿人），啥？！还可以这么操作，感觉很有权利有木有。。。（偷笑）；
留下你的联系方式；
展示尊重，保持优雅。
