经历投稿，一次返修！二次返修后。我发现，回复审稿人的意见真的特别重要，从回复可以看出你的态度，看出你对审稿人意见的重视程度。一般来说，审稿人都会特别忙，如果你的回复没有做到清晰标注，对我们的论文来说是一个减分项，所以如何回复审稿信息真的很重要！！！
在你拿到修改机会时，就应该恭喜你了！！！
一般来说认真修改，解决审稿人的大多数意见，就很可能发表。越是好的期刊，拿到修改意见越难。
例如，以Psychological Bulletin (Impact Factor>20)这个期刊为例，desk reject即不送外审的几率是大于60%，送外审第一轮被拒绝的概是60%-70%。因此，拿到修改机会的概率低于(1-60%)*(1-60%)=16%。
相反，在拿到修改机会后，经过认真修改后，第一轮被拒的概率仅为20%-30%;第二轮被拒的概率就非常低了。
所以，最难的是拿到修改的机会。拿到修改机会可以说已经成功了一大步，可以恭喜你了，但是“行百里者半九十”，越到最后越要认真修改直到发表！！！
回复审稿意见的原则！！！
原则一 ：在回复信开头加上一段总结
不要一开始就放审稿意见和你的回复。可以先简单总结此次修订有哪些改动，回应了哪些重要的意见。然后再逐条回复审稿人的意见
原则二 ：保持礼貌和尊重
在回复审稿人意见时要写几句感谢的话，感谢审稿专家的专业意见，感谢编辑部的辛勤付出。在回复修改意见时一定要态度端正，正确对待，礼貌谦和，毕恭毕敬。
原则三 ：回复信要自成一体
理想的回复信应当包含了你的所有更改。尽量不要让审稿人为了理解你所作的修改，而在回复信和手稿之间来回切换，相对独立的回复信不仅可以提高审稿人的审查效率，还可以降低审稿人提出新问题的可能性。
原则四 ：Point-to-Point 逐条回复
这个尤为重要，回复必须要涵盖满足审稿人的所有问题。回答格式建议为：「审稿人意见原文+感谢审稿人意见+回答内容。」
原则五：排版很重要
采用合适的排版帮助审稿人理解你的回复。字体、颜色、缩进等形式都可以，根据自己的情况来即可，但要在最开始规定这些元素代表什么。
原则六 ：直接回答问题，不要绕弯
对于有些问题，先回答“是”或“否”，再来介绍后续改动。
原则七：尽量按照审稿人的要求去做
这样你的回复（即使是反驳）会更有依据，也更容易让自己处在有利位置。避免让审稿人觉得，你不想费心思改文章。有时候，你可能还得把编辑搬出来。比如编辑让作者缩短手稿，审稿人又让你把附件里的内容放到正文，你就可以说，如果编辑同意，我愿意这样做。
原则八 ：明确现有版本的改动
一个常见的错误是作者在回复审稿人的评论时说：“这一点在手稿中以下列方式修改……”
这种回应方式太笼统了。在你的回复中，尽量说清楚你修改后的版本和之前有哪些区别。
原则九 ：注意回复时间
从收到编辑回信至回复意见，时间不可短，更不能超过 deadline，太短显得草率。
