Weimarer Beitrage《魏玛文集》(季刊). Weimarer Beiträge – one of the most renowned literary and cultural journals of the ex-GDR – has been published by Passagen Verlag since 1991, when the German Aufbauverlag suspended it. With its interdisciplinary approach, including reflections on general cultural, aesthetic and political phenomena, the journal contributes to the integration of German-speaking cultural studies into international discourse.
Western American Literature《美国西部文学》(季刊). Since 1965, Western American Literature has been the leading peer-reviewed journal in the literary and cultural study of the North American West, defined broadly to include western Canada and northern Mexico.
World Literature Studies《世界文学研究》(季刊). World Literature Studies is a scholarly journal published quarterly by Institute of World Literature, Slovak Academy of Sciences. It publishes original, peer-reviewed scholarly articles and book reviews in the areas of general and comparative literature studies and translatology. It was formerly known (1992—2008) as Slovak Review of World Literature Research. The journal’s languages are Slovak, Czech, English, German, French. Abstracts appear in English.
World Literature Today《现代世界文学》(双月刊). The mission of World Literature Today, the University of Oklahomas award-winning magazine of international literature and culture, is to serve the international, state, and university communities by achieving excellence as a literary publication, a sponsor of literary prizes, and a cultural center for students. Now in its tenth decade of continuous publication, WLT has been recognized by the Nobel Prize committee as “one of the best edited and most informative literary publications” in the world, and was recently called “an excellent source of writings from around the globe by authors who write as if their lives depend on it” (Utne Reader, 2005). WLT has received 23 national publishing awards in the past 17 years, including the Oklahoma Governor’s Arts Award in 2016. WLT is a proud member of the Community of Literary Magazines & Presses (CLMP).
Yale French Studies《耶鲁法语研究》(半年刊). Yale French Studies is the oldest English-language journal in the United States devoted to French and Francophone literature and culture. Each volume is conceived and organized by a guest editor or editors around a particular theme or author. Interdisciplinary approaches are particularly welcome, as are contributions from scholars and writers from around the world. Recent volumes have been devoted to a wide variety of subjects, among them: Crime Fiction; Surrealism; Contemporary Writing for the Stage; and Memory in Postwar French and Francophone Culture.
Zeitschrift für Anglistik und Amerikanistik《英美语言、历史、文化研究论文集》(季刊). Zeitschrift für Anglistik und Amerikanistik (ZAA) is an anonymously peer-reviewed journal that traditionally reflects the entire spectrum of English and American language, literature, and culture. Particular attention will also be paid to the new literatures in English, the
development of linguistic varieties outside Britain and North America,the culture of ethnic minorities, and the relationship between anglophone and neighbouring cultural areas. The journal also welcomes contributions which examine theoretical and interdisciplinary issues in literary, linguistic, and socio-cultural research.
Zeitschrift für französische Sprache und Literatur《法国语言与文学杂志》(一年3期). The Zeitschrift für französische Sprache und Literatur ("Journal for French Language and Literature") is an academic journal with a programmatic focus on articles on French language and literature that has enjoyed a long tradition since its foundation in 1879. It aims to encompass all historical periods whilst also taking current literary and linguistic research issues into account. In addition, the journal provides a forum for work on current theory formation as well as containing articles, often with a comparative focus, on Francophone Studies and the regional languages of France with a particular emphasis on Occitan. The journal has an extensive section dedicated to book reviews.
