我的点评：初审6天拒稿，原因是前面还有40篇中文相关论文排队，估计近两年都难中了。

我的点评：主编说为了体现多元性，暂不收取中国作者稿件：
Without prejudice to the quality of your paper we will not process it this time. As a generalist journalist, we need to represent different geographical areas and around 50% of the papers being processed at the time have a Chinese topic or author.

完全相信~~`中国人近些年非常非常猛~~很多三四区的期刊50%甚至更多都有中国作者，顶刊相对较少些。有个老牌三区SCI期刊的网站首页居然给中国人专门开辟了一个在“中国作者”通道“，大量金钱流向国外OA期刊~~
当然信。那些年中国作者的国际化需求与该刊主编的中国化需求不谋而合了呗。
现在这本刊物向国内期刊看齐了吗？拒稿都这么任性、傲慢？在格式字数上纠缠了半个月，好不容易进入审稿流程了，编辑简单一句话“这部作品我们已经发表过相关论文了”。干嘛不在网站直接说明好了？作者投稿前搜一搜，谁的时间都不浪费。
