Food Safety and Health (FSH,ISSN: 2835-1096) 是一本Wiley出版集团旗下、依托国际食物营养与安全协会,由大连工业大学、大连民族大学、广东海洋大学、中国海洋大学、华南农业大学、 天津科技大学、成都大学、西华大学、集美大学、浙江科技学院、昆明理工大学、河北农业大学、陕西科技大学、浙江农林大学、宿州学院共同创办的学术期刊。Food Safety and Health采取同行评议、开放获取模式,致力于发表食品安全与健康多学科/跨学科的原创研究及前沿动态,旨在为食品科学领域学者、科研院所及企业,提供学术交流平台和技术解决方案,增进共识,扩大交流与合作,促进学科交叉与融合。FSH期刊名誉主编为朱蓓薇院士,主编由大连工业大学的谭明乾教授、南开大学王硕教授、埃及开罗大学A. M. Abd El-Aty教授和意大利那不勒斯费德里科二世大学 Maria Daglia 教授共同担任,执行编辑是广东海洋大学王辉博士。编委团队来自中国、 意大利、希腊、德国、 埃及、南非、西班牙、葡萄牙、伊朗、 沙特、土耳其、泰国、马来西亚、厄瓜多尔等国家和地区的百余位全球顶尖专家组成, 具有强劲的学术凝聚力和号召力, 其中科睿唯安全球高被引学者18人。
