英语摘要的语言错误大部分表现在基本语法方面。英语句子的组成有严格的语法规则,阅读起来比较容易，一旦自己动笔写就容易出差错。医学摘要是长篇论文的缩影，是一项科学研究的精炼阐述，字字句句都很重要。我们必须力求语言规范，正确地表达其科学内容，很好地发挥摘要应有的作用。
所谓基本语法错误主要是涉及句子成分的错误。特别表现在主语和谓语上。一个句子的主语和谓语要齐全，主语和谓语的配套关系要正确。谓语实质上是动词各种形式的表现，所谓主语和谓语配套关系要正确,就是谓语动词所用的形式要正确，句中其他成分的运用也要恰当。投稿英语摘要中这方面的问题不少，现选择一些列举如下,并提出改正建议，以引起读者们的注意。
1.缺谓语
错误:Results: Pneumothorax 26 cases and bleeding (including pulmonary and the path of needles) 48 cases.
改正:Results:There occurred26 cases of pneumothorax and 48 cases of bleeding(including those from the lung, and the paths of needles).
（原稿中文:结果:共发生气胸26例，出血(包括肺内出血和针道出血)48例。)
错误:43 patients had been misdiagnosed before the diagnosis of DPB being made.
改正:…..before the diagnosis of DPB was made.
(being made是非谓语形式)
错误:The ovarian teratoma can be considered if a ovarian tumor with fat component and calcification or ossification spots.
改正:……if an ovarian tumor has fat component and calcification or ossification ,pots.
2.主谓安排不当或表达形式不对
错误:3 cases with glomus jugulare tumor after were performed superselective arteriography to identify the diseased regions and feeding arteries under Seldinger technique.
改正:Superselective arteriography was performed in 3 cases with glomus jugulare tumor to identifyw…..
错误:In 51 per cent of the test group and 14 per cent of the control group respectively the oppression of brain stem by the vertebral basilar artery was found.
改正:The oppression of brain stem by the vertebral basilar artery was found in 51 per cent of cases in the test group and 14 per cent in the control group.
错误:Methods: Reviewing the clinic documents of 20 pabents before OLT and 13 after OLT. including……
改正:The clinical documents of 20 patients before OLT and 13 after OLT were reviewed.including…
(注OLT=original liver transplantation)
错误:The longer axis of multiocular cystic renal cell carcinoma were from 4mm to 25mm with average 13mm.
改正:The longer axis of multiocular cystic renal cell carcisoma varied from 4mm to 25mm. with an average of 13mm.
3.谓语错误加其他错误
错误:2 patients find anastomotic bile leakage on ERC’P. but MRCP show negative; recurrence of malignant tumor were found inL 1 patients; 1 patient was diagnosed regional hepatic
necrosis.
改正:Two patients were found having anastomotic bileleakage on ERCP. but MRCP showed negative; recurrences of malignant tumor were found in -1 patients;1 patient was diagnosed as having regional hepatic necrosis.
错误:Conclusion; CT-guided percutaneous foramen ovale blocking therapy was precise. non painful procedure. highly effective.and mini trauma.
改正:Conclusion: CT-guided percutaneous foramen ovate blocking therapy is precise and highly effective with minimal trauma and no pain.
错误:37 tumors involving anterior skull base were retrospectively analyzed their radiological features.
改正:37 cases of tumor involving anterior skull base proved by pathology were retrospectively analyzed about their radiological features.
(注:“主语+被动谓语”后面不能接名词，应加介词作状语)

4.其他错误
错误:We compared the CTA results with DSA.
改正:We compared the results of CTA with those of DSA.
错误:We can use MRI combining with MRV as a common and primary method in examining venous sinus thrombosis o fbrain.
改正:We can use MRI combined with MRV……for examimng……
错误:Combination with MRI and MRS can improve the accuracy ratio of the localization diagnosis.
改正:The combination of MRS with MRI can improve……
(注:上面两句的规范用法应为combine A with B， A is combined with B, the combination of A with B)
错误:Most were round or oval in shape and homogeneous density in benign tumors.and the malignant tumor. were heterogeneou, density.
改正:Most tumors were round or oval in shape. Homogenexus density was seen in benign tumors and heterogeneous den,ity in malignant tumors.
(注:用并列对称的方式表达，后一分句中的相同同语was seen可以省略)
错误:The consistency of hippocampus sclerosis between two radiologists was very good.
改正:It was very good that there exists a consistency of hippocampus sclerosis between two radiologists.
(注:不是单一conststency好.而是该短语整体内容好，故句子需作调整)
错误:The related focus of transient ischemic attack were most located at basal ganglis 50%（9/18).
改正:The related foci of transient ischemic attmk were mostly located at basal ganglia,accounting for 50%（9/18）.
(注:句子不是词的堆砌，改正后focus用复数与谓语一致.mostly作为副词可修饰谓语，50%前面加accounting for是句意和句子语法的双重需要)
