NUTRITION《营养》（月刊）。Founded by Michael M. Meguid in the early 1980s, Nutrition presents advances in nutrition research and science, informs its readers on new and advancing technologies and data in clinical nutrition practice, encourages the application of outcomes research and meta-analyses to problems in patient-related nutrition; and seeks to help clarify and set the research, policy and practice agenda for nutrition science to enhance human well-being in the years ahead.

NUTRIENTS《营养素》（月刊）。Nutrients (ISSN 2072-6643) is an international, peer-reviewed open access advanced forum for publishing studies related to Human Nutrition. It publishes reviews, regular research papers and short communications. Our aim is to encourage scientists to publish their results in as much detail as possible. There is no restriction on the length of the papers. The full experimental details must be provided so that the results can be reproduced.

NUTRITION JOURNAL《营养杂志》。Nutrition Journal publishes surveillance, epidemiologic, and intervention research that sheds light on i) influences (e.g., familial, environmental) on eating patterns; ii) associations between eating patterns and health, and iii) strategies to improve eating patterns among populations. The journal also welcomes manuscripts reporting on the psychometric properties (e.g., validity, reliability) and feasibility of methods (e.g., for assessing dietary intake) for human nutrition research. In addition, study protocols for controlled trials and cohort studies, with an emphasis on methods for assessing dietary exposures and outcomes as well as intervention components, will be considered.

NUTRITION REVIEWS《营养评论》（月刊）。Nutrition Reviews is a highly cited, monthly, international, peer-reviewed journal that specializes in the publication of authoritative and critical literature reviews on current and emerging topics in nutrition science, food science, clinical nutrition, and nutrition policy. Readers of Nutrition Reviews include nutrition scientists, biomedical researchers, clinical and dietetic practitioners, and advanced students of nutrition.

CLINICAL NUTRITION《临床营养》（月刊）。Clinical Nutrition, the official journal of ESPEN, The European Society for Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism, is an international journal providing essential scientific information on nutritional and metabolic care and the relationship between nutrition and disease both in the setting of basic science and clinical practice. Published bi-monthly, each issue combines original articles and reviews providing an invaluable reference for any specialist concerned with these fields.

Nutrition Research《营养研究》（月刊）. Nutrition Research publishes original research articles, communications, and reviews on basic and applied nutrition. The mission of Nutrition Research is to serve as the journal for global communication of nutrition and life sciences research on diet and health. The field of nutrition sciences includes, but is not limited to, the study of nutrients during growth, reproduction, aging, health, and disease.

Advances in Nutrition《营养学进展》（双月刊）. Advances in Nutrition (AN/Adv Nutr) publishes literature reviews focused on key findings and recent research in all areas of interest to nutritional scientists and biomedical researchers. This would include nutrition-related research efforts directed toward biochemical, molecular, and genetic studies utilizing experimental animal models, domestic animals, and human subjects. The other major foci of the journal are in clinical nutrition, epidemiology and public health, and nutrition education. Review articles will focus on progress made during the past few years rather than research developments over a broad, historical timeframe.

The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition《美国临床营养学杂志》（月刊）. The most highly rated peer-reviewed, primary research journal in nutrition and dietetics, The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition (AJCN) publishes the latest research on topics in nutrition, such as obesity, vitamins and minerals, nutrition and disease, and energy metabolism.

ANNUAL REVIEW OF NUTRITION《营养学年评》（年刊）. AIMS AND SCOPE OF JOURNAL: The Annual Review of Nutrition, in publication since 1981, covers the significant developments in the field of nutrition, including energy metabolism, carbohydrates, lipids, proteins and amino acids, vitamins, minerals, nutrient transport and function, metabolic regulation, nutritional genomics, molecular and cell biology, clinical nutrition, comparative nutrition, nutritional anthropology, nutritional toxicology, nutritional microbiology, epidemiology, and public health nutrition.

Archivos Latinoamericanos de Nutrición《拉丁美洲营养档案》（季刊）. Archivos Latinoamericanos de Nutrición (ALAN) es editado como órgano oficial de la Sociedad Latinoamericana de Nutición (SLAN), para la divulgación de conocimientos en el campo de la alimentación y de la nutrición principalmente en el Hemisferio Américano.
