ZOOKEYS《生物钥匙》（不定期）. ZooKeys is a peer-reviewed, open access, online and print, rapidly published journal, launched to support free exchange of ideas, data and information in all branches of Zoology. It is one of the most dynamic, innovative and technologically advanced scholarly journals in its field.
ZOOLOGIA《动物志》（一年一卷）. Zoologia (Curitiba) is an international journal on zoological research that is published by the Sociedade Brasileira de Zoologia. Original publications by scientists and researchers from Brazil and abroad on the various areas of zoological sciences are accepted, such as: systematics, evolution, taxonomy, nomenclature, biogeography, morphology, physiology, biology, ecology, symbiosis, conservation, behavior, genetics, and allied areas. Extensive reviews or articles on current topics in zoology will be published by invitation in the Invited Review section.
ZOOLOGICAL JOURNAL OF THE LINNEAN SOCIETY《林奈学会动物学杂志》（月刊）. The Zoological Journal of the Linnean Society publishes papers on systematic and evolutionary zoology and comparative, functional and other studies where relevant to these areas. Studies of extinct as well as living animals are included.
ZOOLOGICAL LETTERS《动物学快报》（年刊）. Zoological Letters is an open access journal that publishes new and important findings in the zoological sciences. As a sister journal to Zoological Science, Zoological Letters covers a wide range of basic fields of zoology, from taxonomy to bioinformatics. We also welcome submissions of paleontology reports as part of our effort to contribute to the development of new perspectives in evolutionary zoology. Our goal is to serve as a global publishing forum for fundamental researchers in all fields of zoology.
ZOOLOGICAL SCIENCE《动物科学》（双月刊）. Zoological Science is published by the Zoological Society of Japan and devoted to publication of original articles, reviews and editorials that cover the broad field of zoology. The journal was founded in 1984 as a result of the consolidation of Zoological Magazine (1888–1983) and Annotationes Zoologicae Japonenses (1897–1983), the former official journals of the Zoological Society of Japan. Each annual volume consists of six regular issues, one every two months.

Zoological Studies publishes original research papers in five major fields: Animal Behavior, Comparative Physiology, Evolution, Ecology, and Systematics and Biogeography. It is an international journal published and supported by the Biodiversity Research Center, Academia Sinica, Taiwan. We accept and publish open access papers from all countries around the world, free of page charges from authors.

Zoologischer Anzeiger - A Journal of Comparative Zoology is devoted to comparative zoology with a special emphasis on morphology, systematics, biogeography, and evolutionary biology targeting all metazoans, both modern and extinct. We also consider taxonomic submissions addressing a broader systematic and/or evolutionary context. The overall aim of the journal is to contribute to our understanding of the organismic world from an evolutionary perspective.

Zoology in the Middle East is a journal which publishes original papers and review papers on ecology, zoogeography, animal biology, biodiversity, faunistics, systematics and morphology of the Middle East. It seeks to further the understanding of the Middle East as a zoogeographic unit and aims at improving the interchange of knowledge and ideas between specialists on different subjects and taxa.
