Instruction for Authors
1 Legal requirements
The author(s) guarantee(s) that the manuscript will not be published elsewhere in any language without the consent of the copyright holders, that the rights of third parties will not be violated, and that the publisher will not be held legally responsible should there be any claims for compensation.
Authors wishing to include figures or text passages that have already been published elsewhere are required to obtain permission from the copyright holder(s) and to include evidence that such permission has been granted when submitting their papers. Any material received without such evidence will be assumed to originate from the authors.
Manuscripts at proof stage must be accompanied by a copyright statement.
2 Manuscript submission guidelines
General remarks Manuscripts should be written in LATEX. The manuscript must be typed doublespaced between lines. Electronic submissions via the online submission https://mc03.manuscriptcentral.com/amm are encouraged in the PDF format, to be followed upon the acceptance decision by the TEX file of the final version. Authors should allow approximately 8 weeks for an initial review cycle.
Language British or American English but not a mixture of both. Be sure to observe grammatical rules and spell correctly.
Title Use the fewest possible words that adequately describe the content of the paper.
Author(s) Name(s) and affiliation(s) of the author(s), the mailing address, telephone and fax numbers, and E-mail of the corresponding author should be provided.
2010 Mathematics Subject Classification should be provided.
Abstract and Key words An abstract should have no more than 150 words and cover the most important results and conclusions. Mathematical expressions and citations to references should be avoided. Indexing key words are mandatory. Please choose 3 to 8 key words that describe the major points or topics covered in the article. These will facilitate indexing and information retrieval.
Abbreviations Abbreviations should be defined at first mention in the abstract and again in the main body of the text and used consistently thereafter.
Footnotes Essential footnotes to the text should be numbered consecutively and placed at the bottom of the page to which they refer.
Introduction The introduction should state the purpose of the investigation and give a short review of the pertinent literature.
Illustrations and Tables All figures (photographs, graphs, or diagrams) and tables should be cited in the text and numbered consecutively throughout. All images and photographs should be black-and-white; color images will be printed monochromatically. Figure legends must be brief, self-sufficient explanations of the illustrations. The legends should be placed below the figures.
Tables should have a title and a legend explaining any abbreviation used in that table. Footnotes to tables should be indicated by superscript lower-case letters (or asterisks for significance values and other statistical data).
Acknowledgements Brief and appropriate.
Appendices If there is more than one appendix, they should be numbered consecutively. Equations in appendices should be designated differently from those in the main body of the paper, e.g., (A1), (A2), and (A3). In each appendix, equations should be numbered separately.
References All references should be archived materials such as journal articles, books, and conference proceedings. Web pages should not be referenced, since their content and accessibility may change over time. Personal communications and unpublished data are not acceptable references. References published in Chinese must be translated into English and noted by “(in Chinese)”. References require a complete author list, a complete title, and first and last pages cited for each entry.
Requirements of standard reference format are given below:
[1] Book: Author(s). Title of Book, Publisher, City of publication, referred pages (publication year)
[2] Journal article: Author(s). Title of article. Title of Journal, Vol.(No.), referred pages (publication year)
[3] Conference article: Author(s). Title of article. Name of Conference (ed(s). Editor(s)), Publisher, City of publication, referred pages (publication year)
[4] Degree dissertation: Author(s). Title of Dissertation, M. Sc./Ph. D. dissertation, Conferring university, referred pages (publication year)
[5] Patent literature: Name of patent applier. Title of Patent, Number of patent, Country of patent (date of approval)
[6] Standard literature: Number of standard. Title of Standard, Issuing department (year of issuing)

3 Proofreading
LATEX files are slightly modified during the TEX editing process so that the general presentation rules of the journal are adhered to. Corrections should be clear; standard correction marks should be used. Corrections that lead to a change in the page layout should be avoided. Substantial changes in content, e.g., new results, corrected values, title, and authorship, are not allowed without the approval of the responsible editor. In such a case, please contact the Editorial Office before returning the proofs to the publisher. Authors should make their proof corrections on a printout of the PDF file supplied, checking that the text is complete and that all figures and tables are included. The author(s) should send the statement of corrections via https://mc03.manuscriptcentral.com/amm as soon as possible. After online publication, further changes can only be made in the form of an erratum, which will be hyperlinked to the article.
