Health Care Science《科学医疗（英文）》，是由清华大学医院管理研究院主办、清华大学出版社出版、Wiley全球发行的同行评议（Peer-Review）和开放获取（Open Access）的医疗管理国际英文期刊。Health Care Science《科学医疗（英文）》以“科学领创，汇智医疗”为使命，以创办世界医疗管理和医疗卫生服务研究领域的顶级学术期刊为愿景，旨在为全球的研究人员、管理人员、学者和创新者提供一个科学交流平台，分享在医疗管理和医疗卫生服务领域的创新研究成果。
01创刊背景
在全球新冠疫情持续蔓延和慢性疾病负担加速增长的双重重压下，世界各国的医疗卫生服务体系面临百年一遇的颠覆性挑战和重大调整机遇。在本次世纪疫情中，科技创新以前所未有的速度贯穿了基础研究、临床应用、人群健康、以及医疗服务体系和政策改革。如何进一步通过多学科、跨领域的科学研究，从系统层面更加高效地应对挑战、解决问题显得愈发重要。在此背景下诞生的全英文Health Care Science《科学医疗（英文）》旨在打造一个多学科交流的科学平台。Health Care Science《科学医疗（英文）》将从政策、管理、伦理的视角聚焦基于技术创新的医疗管理，整合汇聚跨学科医疗服务研究的先进概念、方法和研究成果，为助力医疗服务高质量发展、促进医疗体系改革、制定疾病预防策略、加快医疗服务科学研究及技术创新的推广应用打造顶尖精品学术期刊和卓越学术交流平台。
02办刊策略
Health Care Science《科学医疗（英文）》立足跨学科交叉融合的研究背景，强调严谨科学的研究方法，突出前沿技术（包括人工智能和数据科学）的创新和应用，重点从政策、管理、伦理的视角关注技术创新对卫生政策、医疗管理、医疗服务实践的重大价值和深远影响，形成医疗卫生服务领域跨学科应用研究的交流平台，推动医疗卫生服务的科学决策、持续革新和高效实践。

Health Care Science《科学医疗（英文）》拥有国际化的编委团队和12位院士组成的专家顾问团队，均为全球医疗领域从事医学研究、医疗管理、医疗政策制定的卓越医师科学家、管理人员和学者。
北京协和医院肝脏外科教授、中国人体器官捐献与移植委员会主任委员黄洁夫教授和清华大学医学学科带头人黄天荫教授担任Health Care Science《科学医疗（英文）》荣誉主编，清华大学医院管理研究院常务副院长张宗久教授担任Health Care Science《科学医疗（英文）》主编, 中山大学附属第一医院医疗大数据与人工智能研究中心主任王海波研究员担任Health Care Science《科学医疗（英文）》执行主编。
中国工程院董家鸿、胡盛寿、姜保国、李兰娟、乔杰、王军志、王陇德、詹启敏、郑树森院士，以及中国科学院樊嘉、赫捷院士、发展中国家科学院院士汪寿阳教授担任Health care science《科学医疗（英文）》专家顾问。

To ensure fast peer review and publication, manuscripts that do not adhere to the following instructions may be returned to the corresponding author for technical revision before undergoing peer review. We are looking forward to your submission.
Aims and scope
Health Care Science is a high-quality, peer-reviewed, open access journal, which aims to provide a platform for the researchers, scholars, administrators, and innovators to share their research in the quality, evaluation, and technology of healthcare service delivery, healthcare management, and healthcare policy on a scientific basis.
We promote and disseminate high-quality Original Articles, Reviews, Short Communications, Case Reports, Commentaries, News and Views, Editorials-Invited only and Practice and Policies.
The preference will be given to the articles based on quantitative methods, with emphasis on specific healthcare settings, have impact on real-world operation and policy making, and about emerging hot topics in healthcare.
