CES Transactions on Electrical Machines and Systems(CES TEMS) is an international quarterly journal, whichis published by the China Electrotechnical Society (CES)and the Institute of Electrical Engineering of the ChineseAcademy of Sciences, and technically co-sponsored byIEEE Power Electronics Society (IEEE PELS). CESTEMS is indexed by ESCI, EI, Scopus, IEEE Xplore,INSPEC, DOAJ, CSTPCD, CSCD and Google Scholaretc..
Scope
CES TEMS aims to establish a high-end academiccommunication platform to present the latest R & Dachievements in the fields of electrical machines andsystems in a timely fashion, and to attract the relevantresearchers and professionals from all over the world toexchange technical information and experiences. And theJournal will publish original peer-reviewed technical andreview articles covering a broad range of topics related toelectrical machines and systems, including but not limitedto: design, implementation and integration of
> high performance electric machines
> motor drives
> power electronics and its applications
> efficient energy conversion
> motion control and servo systems
> photovoltaic power generation
> wind power
> reliability and fault diagnosis
> magnetic field analysis
> new material applications
> electromagnetic compatibility
> electrification of transportation
Types of papers
> Original research papers
> Review articles, which summarize the most up-to-dateachievementson a particular topic, and provide foresight concerning future trends
> Rapid communications which reporting the latestfindings or advances which are deemed to be ofsignificant importance.
All submitted papers must be clearly written inexcellent English and contain original work, which has notbeen published by or is currently under review for anyother journal or transaction or conference.
Paper Preparation
Please download the Templates at www.cestems.org forpreparing the papers. Information is given regardingdesktop publishing format, type sizes, typefaces, and howto handle equations, units, figures, tables, references,abbreviations, and acronyms, etc. The preparation ofacknowledgments, references, and author's biographiesalso are included. An example of the desired layout forpapers is provided as a Microsoft Word template.
The final length of the paper should be kept within eightpages when you submit to CES TEMS. Please note thatfor each submission, if a paper becomes longer than eightpages after review, it will be subject to mandatory pagecharges.
Submission Information
CES TEMS uses ScholarOne Mamuscripts, a professionalweb-based manuscript submission and peer-review trackingsystem. An author submits a manuscript by uploading a wordfile (.doc) anda PDF file (.PDF)processing at https://mc03.manuscriptcentral.com/tems or through theJournal's website www.cestems.org online submission,where papers can be accessed by the CES TEMS'sEditors-in-Chief, Editors, and Reviewers.
For the first-time users should create a new accountand provide all the information required for a submission.Help is available on the web site, including telephonecontacts.
When the author submits a new manuscript, the maindocument should include all figures, tables, captions,author biographies, photos and references. And thecopyright form should be included in the initialsubmission.
Upon Acceptance
Upon acceptance of a paper for publication, the authormaybe required to re-upload the Modified Microsoft Wordsource file of the paper including all figures, tables,captions, author biographies, photos and references.
Open Access
In this publication, all papers will be publishedasOpen Access (OA), and the OA fee will be waived ifyour manuscript is accepted for publication in order toenable unrestricted public access. OA publications arefreely available online to anyone, which maximizes thevisibility, the uptake and use of the work published. Allaccepted articles will be indexed by IEEE Xplore.
